Crazy Demands of a Two Year Old

Here’s a selection of the demands I get to hear – some more regularly than others. A couple are from different children or are made up (I’m sure I’ll never be asked for a horse!). Seriously though, I do get to hear the most ridiculous demands:

“Daddy I want a horse!”.

“I want to drive the car!”.

“That’s mine!” (Any object whatsoever).

“I want to watch your tablet!” (4.32AM).

“I want a rainbow!”.

“I want cake!” (All day at random times).

“I want one of those for Christmas!”

Crazy Demands of a Two Year Old

The Softplay Police Squad

With it being the summer holidays and all, I decided to take both my kids to the softplay this week. Baby E would just have a bit of a sleep and a bottle while A played in the main softplay area.

A is a very confident little lady and will make friends everywhere she goes. Pretty much everyone knows when she’s arrived at the scene!

Whilst I was giving Baby E her bottle, A came back to the table and told me that another girl had hit her upper right arm and punched her, while demonstrating a slap across the face.

Terrible Twos at Four Years Old

Just a short one today folks, reflecting on the happenings in our household right now.

My eldest is four at the moment. She didn’t really have a ‘Terrible Twos’ phase of behaviour. She did start to push things, but as always remained in the good books.

Anyway, she eventually turned four and got a new baby sister to boot. What a fantastic year! Little did we know what was in store…
